Each year cartoonists all over the country submit twelve samples of their published cartoons and hope that they get picked for an award or two. Pathetic losers. In a totally unrelated matter, here are twelve cartoons that I selected, for no apparent reason and certainly not in any hope of winning something as shallow and self-serving as a cartoon award.
