Every so often it takes something as simple as an email to remind us that we Americans are not alone in defending the high seas. I received a couple of emails from the city of Derby in the United Kingdom and found a link to the Submariners’ Association called the Derbyshire Submariners. That is their logo at the top of the page – click on the image to see their site.
The city has a rich collection of veteran organizations, collectively known as Ex-Services Associations. Click on the Derby and District logo below to see the entire list of groups who belong.
