On May 30, 2013, on the steps of the Idaho state capitol, thirteen severely wounded and injured veterans were inducted into the Wyakin Warrior program, increasing to number of men and women in the organization to twenty-three. Warriors received letter jackets from those already in the program to signify their induction into the organization, and to symbolize being welcomed into the prestigious and closely-knit community of Wyakin Warriors.
